Q: When can I register for a time slot?
Lap swim reservations open for the following week every Friday at 9:00 AM.
Q: What if all the lanes are full?
Occasionally people cancel reservations. The best time to check for possible openings is at 3:00 PM the day before either online or by calling (949) 425-5114.
Q: What should I do if I must cancel my reservation?
- Cancel online before 4:00 PM the day before your reservation, is very helpful.
- Call (949) 425-5114, before 4:00 PM the day before your reservation between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Email (email@example.com) Chelsea Caldecott, Recreation Coordinator, before 4:00 PM the day before your reservation.
Q: What are my lane choices during lap swim?
1.) *Private Lane - 1, 2, 3, 4 Cost: Adults (14 - 59) $8.00, Senior (60+) $6.00.
2.) *Shared Lane - 4, 5, 7, 10, 12 Can extend swim time into next hour if in same lane. Limited to swimmers.
3.) Drop-in Lane - 8, 9, 13 - Open to any number of individuals for circle swimming.
*Reservations are highly recommended due to limited supply
Q: Do you allow drop-ins?
Yes, we do! Lanes 8, 9, & 13 are open during adult lap swim times.
Q: What if I am not good with the computer?
Call (949) 425-5114 between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Staff are happy to assist you!

Upon arrival, debit and credit cards are accepted at the gate. No cash accepted.
Q: What if I am a YMCA member?
YMCA members can make reservations directly with YMCA staff by calling (949) 495-9622. If reservations are full, YMCA members have the option to make a reservation through the City website.
