Would you like to receive a letter from Santa? Santa has asked us to help him by collecting letters in our "North Pole" mailbox located in front of Crown Valley Community Center. The mailbox will be available from Saturday, November 14 through Friday, December 11. Santa will be able to write one return letter per family at one address in Laguna Niguel or write to children who include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

When we consider health, it is not just the absence of disease, but rather, the integration of daily habits to promote optimal wellbeing. Nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle are fundamental for healthy aging, weight management and mental health. This lecture will not discuss anti-aging, but rather optimal aging, to live a long, healthy, meaningful life. We will explain healthy body composition and weight, cognitive function & mental health, and how to maintain healthy bones and physique. It will dive deep into nutrition, exercise, and mind-body techniques to help you create new healthy habits and routine.
