Health and Fitness Lecture Presented by UCI Health2020-12-01T11:00:00When we consider health, it is not just the absence of disease, but rather, the integration of daily habits to promote optimal wellbeing. Nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle are fundamental for healthy aging, weight management and mental health. This lecture will not discuss anti-aging, but rather optimal aging, to live a long, healthy, meaningful life. We will explain healthy body composition and weight, cognitive function & mental health, and how to maintain healthy bones and physique. It will dive deep into nutrition, exercise, and mind-body techniques to help you create new healthy habits and routine.
