Would you like to receive a letter from Santa? Santa has asked us to help him by collecting letters in our "North Pole" mailbox located in front of Crown Valley Community Center. The mailbox will be available from Saturday, November 14 through Friday, December 11. Santa will be able to write one return letter per family at one address in Laguna Niguel or write to children who include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

In the U.S., more than 38 million people have migraine disease, with some estimates suggesting that this number may be even higher, impacting as many as 50 million or more. Some migraine studies estimate that 12 percent of adults in the U.S. population have migraines, and 4 million have chronic migraines. This lecture will be a discussion on the current research on the benefits of dietary approaches and nutraceuticals in the prevention and treatment of migraines. In addition, you’ll learn the what are the different types of migraines, and how to prevent and treat migraines.
