The City of Laguna Niguel kicked off the 2025 Summer Trolley season with a new North Line service route.

The new North Line offers 5 stops between Crown Valley Park and the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Metrolink Station. Riders traveling from the Metrolink Station, or the nothern end of Laguna Niguel, may transfer to the South Line service route at Crown Valley Park and take the South Line to the beach!

From the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Metrolink Train Station to Salt Creek Beach, you'll have all-day access to beaches, shops, restaurants, and special events, such as the City's Summer Concert Series! Hop on and hop off as much as you like. Enjoy total flexibility to GO. SEE. DO.

What may I bring on the Trolley?

  • Boogie boards
  • Folding chairs and small folding umbrellas
  • Folding strollers
  • Bicycles (but not e-bikes) 
  • Wheelchairs (one per trolley)

Not permitted on the trolley:

  • No pets. Only service animals trained to perform a specific function are permitted onboard the trolley. 
  • No surfboards. 
  • No e-bikes.

Please understand that the trolley has limited storage space and all items must be able to fold and stow for the duration of the ride. Bicycles may be stowed on the front of the trolley only.

PassioGo app iconThe free mobile app, 'PassioGo!', is available to download to iPhones and Android! Riders may check the real-time status of the Laguna Niguel Summer Trolley, to know exactly when to line up at one of the ten trolley stops. The PassioGO! app also allows you to view real-time status of the Dana Point, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano trolleys.
