Instructors

For those interested in being an instructor with the City of Laguna Niguel Parks & Recreation Department, please follow the steps below:

1. Read the Independent Contract Instructor Handbook.

2. Complete the following required forms:

• Independent Contract Instructor Handbook (last page)
• Contract Instructor Application
• Certificate of Insurance (see here for Insurance Requirements)
• Request for Live Scan Service
• W-9
• Mandated Reporter Acknowledgement Form

3. Submit the completed forms to Derek Dillahunty, ddillahunty@cityoflagunaniguel.org, at the City of Laguna Niguel Parks & Recreation Office.
