Jamboree

Jamboree, an award-winning nonprofit affordable housing developer in California, addresses the state's housing crisis by building inclusive, sustainable, and transit-oriented housing with signature resident services. Jamboree proudly presents Heroes Landing, Orange County's largest veterans housing community, featuring 75 Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) project-based vouchers.

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity of Orange County is a local branch of a worldwide nonprofit committed to building homes, communities, and hope. Their mission includes constructing, rehabilitating, and preserving homes, advocating for fair housing policies, and empowering families to enhance their living conditions. 

Accessibility Modification Program: In addition to affordable housing resources, Habitat for Humanity has partnered with the City to provide qualified low-income Laguna Niguel residents with living condition improvements through critical accessibility modifications. Allowed modifications include, but are not limited to, wheelchair ramps/lifts, grab bars, handrails, walk-in tubs, widening door openings, and trip hazard remediation. Mary Erikson

Mary Erickson Community Housing (MECH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to working families in Southern California. MECH has expanded its impact by establishing the first affordable housing complex in San Clemente, developing multiple properties, and offering homeownership opportunities to income-qualified households while fostering self-sufficiency through programs like Life Skills and Teen Forward.

Affordable Housing Clearing House

The Affordable Housing Clearinghouse collaborates with stakeholders to support moderate to very-low-income populations by offering financial education and home ownership opportunities. With over $60 million funded in mortgage loans and $3.5 million in downpayment assistance, they've become a leading community lender and advocate for affordable housing, now expanding efforts to develop rental housing for low-income households.

South County Outreach

South County Outreach serves Orange County's homeless, underemployed, seniors, veterans, and at-risk residents, addressing the pressing issues of poverty and food insecurity. With a focus on providing housing, rental and utility assistance, and food programs.

FAM Family Assistance Ministries

FAM offers a range of housing support for different client needs and situations.   Their mission is to assist people in need with food, shelter, and personalized coaching on their journey to independence.

The Kennedy Commission

The Kennedy Commission is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing affordable housing policies and social justice initiatives in Orange County, California. They provide advocacy, research, and education to promote equitable housing opportunities, with a focus on addressing the housing needs of low-income individuals and vulnerable populations.

Dayle Mcintosh Center for the Disabled 

The Dayle McIntosh Center (DMC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, serves as a central hub connecting people with disabilities and older adults to essential services, resources, and programs, fostering equal access and inclusion within the community.
